What is SmartCRM & how does it work?

SmartCRM is our new candidate relationship management (CRM) add-on module that enables customers to build amazing pools of qualified and engaged candidates, ahead of hiring demand, so there is always a steady and active pipeline of talent from which to source.

What does it do?

SmartCRM solves the problems associated with reactive recruiting​ by enabling customers to proactively source talent without an open requisition and in preparation for future hiring needs. Once sourced, customers may organize sourced prospects into personalized talent communities for easier and more efficient talent management; and then nurture prospective candidates through integrated email campaigns and capture forms that help gauge prospective applicants’ readiness to convert to an active job or hiring need.

Does it need to be configured? If so, what does that entail?

SmartCRM will have some configuration — this will happen during Implementation for new customers, and will require existing customers to purchase a services package to get properly set up.

For customers who need help with strategic advisory, module design, and execution, we encourage you to purchase consulting hours with our CRM solutions specialists.

How much does SmartCRM cost?

SmartCRM is priced at percentage (%) of the core SmartRecruit ATS for unlimited user seats
