As a corporate recruiter running a successful staffing agency for the past 19 years, it quickly became apparent that there was a gap in the local job market for a venue where beauty, hair and fashion industry employers could post jobs and job seekers could post resumes. After conducting our market research followed by a year of extensive site development and testing, beautyJOBshop.com became a reality.
