Jerome Ternynck & Rick Marini Sail for Jobs

SmartRecruiters started the Sailing for Jobs Initiative to send the long-term unemployed and CEOs out to sea in one boat, the SmartRecruiters Extreme 40. During this past America’s Cup weekend, CEOs, Jerome Ternynck of SmartRecruiters and Rick Marini of BranchOut, sailed the San Francisco Bay to kick start the careers of oluwatokb “Tobi” Akinyemi and Victor Grey. “We are really trying to raise awareness about the job market and encourage executives to get out of their offices and meet people who really need jobs,” explained Jerome Ternynck. “And this is a really fun and relaxing way to bring everyone together.”
